What is Utah NICA? Since 2012, the Utah High School Cycling League has grown from just 320 student-athletes to over 7,600 in 2024. With a mission to ensure nobody rides the bench, NICA helps youth build strong bodies, minds, and character through the life-long sport of mountain biking.
